Yay!!!

FINALLY... the day has come!!!! Tomorrow morning we go pick up the keys to our house and it's finally ours, ours, all ours!!!!! haha it seems like it has taken forever! I am SO excited to start moving things over, and on the 5th we have the BIG move where EVERYTHING goes over! I'm am just too excited! So I thought I'd post some pictures now since I'll probably be busy the next week or so! I can not wait to post pictures of the house =)

Here's Jo being the hulk.

I love this video. I wish I had started recording it about 3 minutes before this. She thought she was training Mr. Jordan, having him come to her and then she'd run 5 feet away and have him come to her again etc. etc. too funny! What you see her do in this video she had done like at least 15 times in a row before I started recording haha.

We got a plain t-shirt at The Dollar Tree on Sunday after church and also some fabric paint! Thought it'd be a cute project to let Jo design her own t-shirt... here's what happened when I went to the bathroom for about 1 minute...

Here we are having a picnic outside on Jo's first day without a nap. I decided to cut out the nap (as hard as that is for me to do!!!! I LOVE her naps!!! haha) but nap time was getting later and later and more difficult and same goes for bed time. So I decided to cut the nap out and give her an earlier bed time and so far it's been working out! Her new bedtime is 7.

Here is Jo painting her birdhouse castle she picked out at Michael's...

And today at the park...

Packing, Packing, Packing...

We have been packing like crazy around here! September 5th is right around the corner and I'm starting to get nervous about the whole move, I can't wait for it to be over and we can just start to settle into the house.

Every morning we get up, get dressed, and take the dog for his morning walk. Here is Jo on one morning walk and then playing in the yard afterward...

Here is Jo out in the yard the other day trying to get Mr. Jordan to follow her around haha. And yes... her t-shirt says "Belliveau University" hahaha my father-in-law got them made!

Here's Rob's master hiding spot the other day when he was playing hiding-and-seek with Jo. You can't tell from this picture but the window sill is actually REALLY high, the top of it touches to the ceiling haha. When Jo went in the bathroom she said "DADDDDDY! Get down from there before you get hurt!" That just goes to show you how much she probably hears that haha.

Jo being a nut before bed...

Sometimes Jo doesn't want to go on our walks when I need to take the dog out (did I mention I can't wait to have a backyard of my own to take him out to!?) and it's really frustrating because I have to go but sometimes she's cranky and wants me to hold her the entire time or something... well I found what will make her ALWAYS want to go and distract her mean while... letting her push her baby carriage!

How adorable is this dress Jo wore to church yesterday?

And last but not least... pictures from today. I looove these overalls my aunt passed down to me! They're so big on her, she'll get so much use out of them!

Hey!

I have not blogged in FOREVER. So not like me! I have just been sooo busy this last week leading up to closing, everyday it was something new. Today we FINALLY closed on our house! We're officially homeowners! I counted how many times we signed our name at closing, 112 times EACH!!! That is not a lie! haha

Of course I have so many pictures to post. Here is a random collection of pictures from the past week or so...

Jo eating corn on the cob... boy, oh boy what a sight that was...

Having a tea party on one of the boxes I just packed...

Caring for her baby while we waited for Daddy on our way to church...

Just goofing around... think there are enough magnets on the fridge?

Jo and her new sunglasses...

Having breakfast with her penguin haha... hugging and kissing it...

A gorgeous picture I took of Jo while walking the dog...

The other day we got to spend the entire day next door with our great neighbors! This was Jo's first time going in a big pool like this. She was a bit scared and clinging on to me a lot but eventually she warmed up to it and LOVED it. Every time the kids got out to either eat or play a little it wouldn't be too long until she was asking to go back in! They had these great boat-like floats that had bottoms so Jo felt comfortable sitting in one, the netted bottom made her feel safe. She sat in there with a tube for awhile and then eventually lost that and was moving around comfortably and enjoying the water!
