FINALLY!!! Pictures of the house!!!

I know it took me forever, but I wanted to get settled in as much as possible before posting pictures. I took these pictures as I got each room unpacked so things have actually changed since some of these were taken, but you get the jist of things! There is still a lot to do, we want to paint the ENTIRE house (on the inside that is) and a lot of the doors need to be replaced.

First off! Here is a reminder of the outside of the house, minus the For Sale sign of course!


Let's start with the deck! It's 15' x 15' and is WONDERFUL!!!! I love it. And of course, so does Jo! The old owners said they'd be back for their grill and so far they haven't come to get it... it's a piece of junk... I'm hoping they didn't just dump it on us to get rid of... grrr...







The deck goes into our laundry room...



Here are the stairs going upstairs...



Then you have Jo's room!... we plan on putting posts over the ripped portion of the border. I love how it has Disney Princesses on one side and Finding Nemo on the other, just happens to be 2 of Jo's favorite things! We plan on eventually putting doors on the closets but for now we just put the curtains from Jo's old room up!









The hall upstairs...


Jo's playroom AKA the 3rd bedroom... I really didn't photograph this room well... you can't even see her cute little pink arm chair! haha





The bathroom... the only downgrade. It's REALLY small!!! It has a stand up shower instead of a bath. I've made a few decorative changes since these pictures were taken that have made me feel better about the space haha...




Kitchen downstairs...






Here is the "office" space off of the kitchen. Right now we've stuck some of Jo's toys in there but we aren't going to let her have 3 rooms in this house! haha We just kinda set it up for the mean time and as we get more settled I'm going to reorganize things a bit. We plan on de-cluttering the living room a lot and putting all the DVDs in that room plus the 2 huge CD stands you'll see in our bedroom down there... things like that!

Our bedroom upstairs... the boxes are full of CDs. We aren't unpacking them until we put the CD stands downstairs in the office space where we want them to go...
